A man has left people totally in shock after he was
arrested by the police in Moscow, Russia for wandering
around a city n*ked and talking to himself.
After he was handcuffed on a pole, he started pole
dancing to the shock of the officers and passersby.
The police revealed that the man was high on drugs as
he had taken too much of it earlier.
He was arrested after people had complained he was
wandering and misbehaving in public.
The man was later restrained by the police.
